Delivery Policy

Medulla is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped to you. There are no delivery charges, no courier, and no waiting for a parcel.
How and when you get access
- Immediately on successful payment. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your subscription is activated on your account.
- Delivered electronically to the account registered with the email address you used at checkout. Sign in with that email and the full question bank is there.
- A confirmation email with your receipt and plan details is sent to the same address, normally within a few minutes.
- Access period runs from activation for the length of your plan — 1, 6 or 12 months.
If access doesn't appear
Occasionally a payment succeeds but activation lags — usually a bank confirmation delay. If your access isn't live within 30 minutes of paying:
- Sign out and sign back in with the same email you paid with. Access is tied to that address.
- Check your spam folder for the confirmation email.
- Still nothing? Email support@medullaqbank.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll activate it manually — normally the same working day.

What you need
A device with a modern web browser and an internet connection to sign in and sync. No physical media, dongle or installation disc is sent or required.
Serviceable locations
Medulla is delivered over the internet and is available anywhere you can reach our site. Our content is written for Indian postgraduate medical entrance exams (FMGE, NEET-PG, INI-CET, AIIMS) and prices are in Indian Rupees.
