How quickly we reply
- Billing and access problems — we acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 7 working days. Access failures are treated as urgent and usually fixed the same working day.
- Content corrections — we reply within 5 working days. Please include the question and what you think is wrong.
- Privacy requests (including account deletion) — actioned within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
- Everything else — within 5 working days.
Please write from the email address registered on your account — it lets us find you without asking for anything sensitive.
Please don't send us
Card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. We will never ask you for them, and nobody from Medulla will ever phone you and ask for an OTP. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
