Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Please read this before you pay.
Medulla is a digital product delivered immediately. The moment your payment succeeds, your subscription is active and you have the entire question bank. Because we can't take that access back once it's been given, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
We'd rather tell you this plainly now than argue about it later.
Why it works this way
With a physical product you can send it back. With an exam question bank, the entire value is delivered the instant you log in — you can read every question on day one. A "try it and refund it" policy would mean giving the product away. So we've chosen a clear no-refund rule and a low entry price (₹399 for a month) so you can test us without a big commitment.
Cancellation
Cancelling is simple: your subscription just doesn't renew.
- Your plan runs for the period you paid for — 1, 6 or 12 months.
- You keep full access until the last day of that period.
- Nothing renews automatically without your action. There's no auto-charge to cancel and no hidden recurring billing.
- You don't need to tell us you're leaving — but you're welcome to, and we'd genuinely like to know why.
When we will refund
We're not looking to keep money we haven't earned. We will refund you in full if:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription.
- You were charged but never got access — a payment succeeded and your account was never activated, and we can't fix it promptly.
- The charge wasn't authorised by you and that is confirmed.
In those cases, email support@medullaqbank.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
What isn't a refund reason
To be straight with you, these don't qualify:
- Changing your mind after buying.
- Not using the subscription, or buying and forgetting about it.
- Your exam result. We don't make any promise about your result, and results aren't a basis for a refund.
- Disagreeing with an explanation. Tell us instead — if it's wrong, we'll fix it, and we'd be grateful.
Raising a billing dispute
- Email us first at support@medullaqbank.com with your registered email, the amount, the date, and the Razorpay payment/order ID from your receipt.
- We'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 7 working days.
- If you're not satisfied, reply to the same email thread with "Escalation" in the subject line — or raise the matter with your bank or card issuer.
Please talk to us before starting a chargeback — it's almost always faster to fix directly, and we'd like the chance to.
